ATB Place Reimagined

Renewal of the concourse, podium, and exterior plazas at a major downtown intersection.

For client HOOP, the study turns an internalized office podium into an active public throughway: food and retail addressing the street, plazas reworked as everyday civic space, and a stronger connection between the towers, tenants, and downtown residents.
