A commercial repositioning concept for the former RBC building on Jasper Avenue.
For Melcor, the study renews the tower’s lower levels: new architectural interventions, exterior plaza work, lighting, landscape, and interior public space shift the building from a closed corporate address into an open, active urban destination. With DIALOG.
