SuDu Studio Architecture collects only the personal information reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, assess potential projects, communicate with clients and collaborators, and operate the studio.

Information we receive

When you contact us through this website, you may provide your name, email address, project interests and information about a site, programme, budget or proposed work. Please do not submit confidential information that is not necessary for an initial enquiry.

How we use it

We use submitted information to reply to you, evaluate and discuss a potential engagement, keep a record of the enquiry, and manage related professional communications. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and storage

The public website is hosted on Netlify. Website form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify’s form service. We may also retain relevant correspondence in the studio’s ordinary business systems. Service providers may process information in the jurisdictions where they operate their infrastructure.

Retention and access

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate studio records, or applicable legal and professional obligations. You may ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain.
